ARIPSO Method is a digital product linked to SEPRA SCCL, aimed at carrying out and managing psychosocial risk assessments for people with reading comprehension difficulties through an online platform.

2. Object of the contracted product

Through this website, the customer can purchase assessment packages or digital access to use the ARIPSO Method platform.

The contracted product is not a physical good, but a digital product for online access and use, allowing the contracted features to be used according to the conditions shown during the purchase process.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer or quote, contracting does not imply shipping any physical product, subscribing to a plan, or recurring payments.

3. Purchase process

To contract an assessment package or digital access to ARIPSO Method, the user must follow the steps shown during the purchase process:

  1. Select the available package or digital product.
  2. Review features, price, and applicable taxes.
  3. Enter or confirm the necessary contracting data.
  4. Accept these contracting conditions and the privacy policy.
  5. Pay by bank card through the secure Redsys gateway.
  6. Confirm the operation and activate the contracted digital product.

Before completing the purchase, the user can review the entered data and correct any errors.

The contract will be considered formalized when payment is correctly authorized by the bank and the system confirms the operation.

Activation will be immediate after successful payment confirmation, unless there is a technical incident or an express indication to the contrary during checkout.

4. Price, taxes and payment method

Applicable prices are those shown on the website or in the corresponding offer at the time of contracting.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, prices are shown in euros and include or break down applicable taxes as appropriate.

The only payment method available on the website is bank card payment through Redsys, a secure payment gateway used by financial institutions.

SEPRA SCC does not store or directly process the full bank card data. Payment data is entered and managed within the secure environment of the corresponding payment gateway.

5. Payment security and buyer protection

Payments made on this website are processed via a secure connection through Redsys.

During payment, the user will be redirected or connected to the secure gateway environment, where they must enter card details and complete the authentication required by their bank.

The operation may be subject to strong customer authentication systems, such as 3D Secure or other mechanisms required by applicable banking regulations.

Once payment is completed, Redsys will communicate the result to the merchant. If authorized, contracting will be confirmed and the purchased digital product activated. If denied or not completed correctly, contracting will not be considered finished.

In case of duplicate operation, technical error, or billing incident, the user may contact SEPRA SCC at aripso@sepra.coop indicating order number, operation date, amount, and identifying purchase details.

6. Order cancellation

Since the contracted product is a digital product with immediate access to the ARIPSO Method platform, the possibility to cancel depends on whether the product has been used.

For these purposes, the product will be considered used when the customer has accessed the contracted features, started an assessment, consumed all or part of the purchased package, generated records, created users, or performed any action implying effective use of the contracted digital product.

6.1. Cancellation before product use

The customer may request cancellation as long as the contracted digital product has not been used.

To request cancellation, they must email aripso@sepra.coop indicating:

  • Name or company name.
  • NIF/CIF (if applicable).
  • Order number or reference.
  • Purchase date.
  • Amount paid.
  • Reason (optional).

If applicable and SEPRA SCC verifies the digital product has not been used, cancellation (and, where appropriate, refund) will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6.2. Cancellation after product use

Once the digital product has been used, cancellation will not entitle the customer to a refund, except in case of technical error, duplicate payment, incorrect charge, impossibility attributable to SEPRA SCC, or any other legally applicable case.

7. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

The product offered through ARIPSO Method is a digital product without physical medium, activated immediately after payment confirmation.

7.1. Companies, professionals or entities

If contracting is carried out by a company, professional, entity or organization acting within its business/professional activity, the legal right of withdrawal for consumers and users will not apply, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

In these cases, cancellation or refund requests will be resolved according to these conditions, the commercial terms accepted at purchase time, and applicable regulations.

7.2. Consumers and users

If contracting is carried out by a consumer/user, they may have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days from contracting, unless a legal exception applies.

However, because this is a digital product with immediate activation, the user may lose the right of withdrawal once execution has begun or the product has been used, provided they gave express consent to immediate execution and acknowledged that this may cause loss of the right of withdrawal.

If the digital product has not been used, the user may request cancellation or, where applicable, withdrawal within the legal period of 14 calendar days by writing to aripso@sepra.coop.

7.3. Eligible refunds

SEPRA SCC may process refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment by error.
  • Incorrect charge.
  • Technical impossibility attributable to SEPRA SCC preventing use of the contracted product.
  • Cancellation requested before use, when applicable.
  • Valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, when legally applicable.
  • Any other case provided by applicable regulations.

Refunds will be made, unless justified otherwise, using the same payment method used by the customer.

8. Shipping and digital delivery

ARIPSO Method does not sell physical products through this website. Therefore, there are no shipping costs, transport times, or physical deliveries associated with the purchase.

Delivery is performed digitally by activating platform access, assigning the assessment package, or enabling the contracted features.

Unless there is a technical incident or an express indication to the contrary during checkout, activation is performed immediately once payment is correctly confirmed.

If the customer does not receive purchase confirmation, cannot access the contracted product, or detects any incident related to digital delivery, they must contact SEPRA SCC at aripso@sepra.coop indicating purchase details.

9. Technical incidents

If the user experiences technical problems related to access, activation or use, they can report them to aripso@sepra.coop.

SEPRA SCC will review the incident and take reasonable measures to solve it as soon as possible.

A technical incident not attributable to SEPRA SCC (e.g. user connection issues, device configuration, network restrictions, browser blocking, incompatibilities, or third-party errors) will not in itself entitle the user to an automatic refund.

10. Privacy and data protection

Personal data provided during contracting will be processed by SEPRA SCC to manage the purchase, activate the contracted product, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and maintain the contractual relationship.

The legal basis will be contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, and, where applicable, user consent or legitimate interest under applicable regulations.

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by contacting dpo@sepra.coop.

11. Cookies

This website does not use its own or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising, personalization, or tracking.
